Support Story: Helping Abul Kalam

CRHF supported Abul Kalam in Kutupalong Refugee Camp on 30 November 2025.

Health & Family Struggles

Asthma, kidney surgeries and paralysis left him unable to work.

• Abul Kalam reached CRHF through community support due to lack of personal mobile access.
• He suffers from long-term asthma, kidney stones (two operations), and partial paralysis.
• Unable to continue daily labor work, his family income collapsed.
• Lives with a family of four, including a single-mother daughter and a sick 3-year-old child.
• CRHF conducted a field assessment and provided financial support for medicines and basic needs.
• His health condition has improved after receiving proper treatment and assistance.

Medical Support: Mohammad Zubair

Mohammad Zubair was suffering from a healing ulcer and unable to work.

• Mohammad Zubair, age 20, suffered from a healing ulcer with obstruction.
• He was the sole earning member of the family; his elderly mother depended entirely on him.
• Due to illness, his mother began selling steamed cakes door to door to survive.
• CRHF provided essential medicines and fruits to support recovery.
• This intervention brought immediate relief and hope to the family.

• This small but meaningful assistance aims to protect dignity, reduce stress, and bring relief and happiness.
• The support helps the bride begin a new chapter of life with hope and confidence.
